Knees can get scraped
bones are sometimes broken
however Hope for Healing
still she persists
Promises are fractured
losses overwhelm
however Hope for Healing
still she persists
Icebergs melt too quickly
policy pollutes our air
however Hope for Healing
still she persists
Disease spreads to many
lonely goodbyes too soon
however Hope for Healing
still she persists

Repetition, repetition, repetition – beautifully delivered. We have it within us to keep Hope visible to others. Your poem is a superb example.

Thank you, Jazz. Maybe if I keep repeating it, hope for healing will come to fruition. Thanks for stopping by.
