Something to Ponder

snow heart

We talked last night about
the Tao of loading and unloading the dishwasher
the Tao of shoveling snow in the midst of a storm
and we questioned if there could be
a Tao of a semi circle,
or a Tao of half a cycle.

Well, I  read today that a question mark
looks like half a heart.
It does.
So could there be a Tao of a question?
Something to ponder…

This poem was inspired somewhat by Shoveling Snow with Buddha, a poem by Billy Collins. Hear Collins read this poem to the accompaniment of George Winston on piano.
