Catapulting Into Joy

harvest moon

Catapult me into joy –
oh, leaves in brief suspension before swaying down to earth
oh, clouds that paint a full moon with broad brush strokes
oh, freedom of loose hair blown back by sudden breeze
oh,  whiff of campfire memories clinging on my shirt

Amidst mundane moments
I glimpse these jewels of bliss,
intimate with an instant,
a gift to be in-joy

  1. After you said the freedom of wind blown hair I actually could feel this moonlit night, and then you helped connect us with joy. This was so good: Amidst mundane moments
I glimpse these jewels of bliss,
intimate with an instant,
a gift to be in-joy
It could be any night and I love that.
